Outreach
Outreach is the most important aspect of CARTS.
We try to show that no matter who you are, we like to talk and are willing to listen. We have been surprised many times by what people have to tell us.

Food and Drink
While we walk around downtown Victoria BC, we offer people a simple meal and a drink. Meals are food safe, fresh, and portable and can include fruit, dairy, vegetables, peanut butter sandwiches, and our well-loved CARTS cookies.
In the warmer months we offer fruit juice, and in the colder months we offer fruit juice and hot chocolate (the best!)
Clothes
For the last few years we have been able to collect a lot of good and usable clothing that we make available to people on the street. We hand out socks, toques, gloves, sweaters, coats, sleeping bags, and blankets for extra warmth and comfort for those who need it.
